🔑 Step 1: Log In to Your Account

1. Head over to www.BirthFlowApp.com/login.

2. Enter the email address where you received this message.

3. Click “Log In” (or follow the prompt to set your password if this is your first time logging in).

📱 Step 2: Set Up Real-Time Alerts (Critical!)

To make sure you never miss an urgent message, update, or reminder, please take a moment to configure notifications for your device right away:

For iPhone / iPad (Apple) Users:

Apple requires adding BirthFlow to your Home Screen to allow real-time browser notifications:

1. Open www.BirthFlowApp.com/login in your Safari browser.

2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of your screen (the square with the arrow pointing up).

3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

4. Close Safari, tap the new BirthFlow icon on your home screen, log in, and tap “Enable Alerts” when prompted.

Note: If you skip adding BirthFlow to your Home Screen, Apple will automatically block real-time alerts from reaching your phone.

For Android Users:

1. Open www.BirthFlowApp.com/login in Google Chrome.

2. Select “Allow Notifications” when prompted by the browser so background alerts come through reliably.

3. (Optional Tip) Tap the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome and select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App” for quick 1-tap access.

• Direct Messaging: Send non-urgent messages, updates, or questions anytime right through the app.

• 🚨 Urgent Needs & Labor Support: If you have an urgent question or go into labor after 10 PM or before 9 AM, please call my direct phone number rather than messaging in the app to guarantee an immediate response. My direct cell number is located right inside your BirthFlow profile.

• Timeline & Milestones: Follow your custom pregnancy roadmap with recommended tasks and prep steps broken down by week.

• Education & Resources: Access my curated library, birth prep guides, partner recommendations, and trusted local resources.

• Birth Preferences: Build, customize, and review your birth plan step-by-step.

• Scheduling: View and schedule upcoming prenatal and postpartum visits.

• Contraction Timer: Use the built-in timer when labor starts—it streams your contraction patterns directly to me in real time!
